Return and Exchange Policy

Important Notice:

• Check Size Chart: Before purchasing, please review the size chart available on each product page to ensure the correct fit. Returns due to incorrect size choice are not accepted.

Eligibility:

• Returns are only accepted for defective or damaged items.
• Claims must be submitted within 30 days of receipt.

Process:

• To initiate a return, please provide proof of the defect or damage (e.g., photos) by emailing us at info@storyinatee.com.
• Upon verification, you can opt for either a replacement or a full refund.

Exclusions:

• Buyer’s remorse or size mismatches (where size charts were provided and ignored) do not qualify for returns or exchanges.
• Custom or personalized items are returnable only if defective or damaged upon arrival.

Refunds:

• Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after return approval.
