1. What is your return policy? Our return policy allows for returns on products that are defective or damaged upon arrival. You must report the issue within 30 days of receipt to qualify for a return or exchange.

3. Can I return an item if I change my mind? Since our products are printed on demand, we do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse or incorrect size selection. Please review the size chart and product details carefully before making your purchase.
4. What should I do if I received the wrong item? If you received an incorrect item, please contact us at complaints@storyinatee.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you as quickly as possible.
5. Are there any items that cannot be returned? All our products are made-to-order and customized based on individual customer choices, which means we do not accept returns unless the items are defective or damaged. Please review product descriptions carefully before making your purchases to ensure you are informed about what you are ordering.
6. How long does it take to process a refund? Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and verify the returned item. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
7. Who covers the return shipping costs? If the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or wrong item), we will cover the return shipping costs. For all other returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping expenses.
